Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director who will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity, a track record of sales success, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires an individual with a business ownership mentality who values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.


  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish a strong market presence and drive revenue growth.
  2. Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, within target organizations to understand their cybersecurity needs and present our product offerings effectively.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to management.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  8. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the cybersecurity space, sharing insights and knowledge with the broader sales team.


  1. Proven track record of success selling cyber-SaaS products for 5-10+ years with established relationships in the U.S.
  2. Experience selling complex solutions and a broad portfolio of leading-edge cybersecurity (e.g., Threat Intelligence, Cloud Workflow Protection, Cyber Consulting Services, Penetration Testing or Attack Simulation, Cyber Risk Management, SecOps)
  3. Proficient in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and/or Value Selling methodologies
  4. Broad cybersecurity experience (5-10+ years) with a comprehensive understanding of multiple cybersecurity domains (Common Body of Knowledge – CBK)
  5. Business ownership mentality with a commitment to driving sales and delivering customer satisfaction.
  6. Experience selling to Fortune 2000 companies.
  7. Team player and active listener, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field
